In March of 2017, my world was rocked by a breast cancer diagnosis. Hearing those words, “You have cancer,” humbled me to a place I never thought I would see. During that trial God taught me so much about myself and revealed areas deep inside that needed some attention and refining.  

He used every day of that difficult journey to show me His abundant and fierce love for me on a very intimate level, and He faithfully never left my side. It took me walking through the “valley of the shadow of death” to fully comprehend the love He has for each and everyone of us. I freely share my story in hopes that it will give others facing a similar diagnosis, or any difficult trial in their life, the courage and strength to not only survive, but to thrive!
